Come and check out the New Arena in Holdenville Oklahoma
We try to do something different and new each year!!
To get to the arena From Holdenville, Go 5 miles East, 2 miles North (left) 1/4 Miles East (right) From Horntown 3 miles West , 2 miles North (right) 1/2 mile West (left)

June 23 & 24 2006 will be our 3rd annual
ROCKIN' REDNECK RODEO.
I am looking for an even bigger turn out this year.
We are having a fish fry this year. When you pay to get into the gate you also get a free fish dinner (all you can eat), get to see the rodeo and also get to dance afterwards.

Still have a couple of new events in the Open Rodeo.
Breakaway Roping for Women, entry fee will be $40.00.

We still have the Mutton Bustin for ages 7 & under.
Entry Fee for that is $10.00.

Call in time for the open rodeo is Monday before each Rodeo
6:00pm to 10:00pm
1-580-927-3007

The 1st Annual Rockin' Redneck Rodeo took place on June 25th & 26th 2004.
We were hoping for around 500 people for the 2 nights but,
We ended up with over 1400!
We did'nt get any pictures of our first rodeo.
We were hoping the Holdenville Daily NewsPaper would cover it,
but they never showed.Don't know why, scared of changes I guess.

I do have to say they did come out while we was building the arena
and did an article but they still didn't come out and cover the Rodeo or Bull Riding

We had our first bull riding September 4th 2004.
It was a hugh success also. Guess who did'nt show again?
Yep, the Holdenville Daily News Paper.
The Holdenville Tribune showed, (they are not part of the Holdenville Daily.) I will get that article up asap.
We had Mutton Bustin', Steer Riding and the crowd favorite
Bull Riding!
There was 20 mutton busters, 17 steer riders and 45 bull riders, with 10 going back to the short go.

Well we had our 2006 OJRA Rodeo and it was the largest so far this year.
I am proud to say that Holdenville Daily News Paper did show up and take a few pictures, they didn't stay long but they did come and we really appreciate them for that. Thanks from the Rockin' Redneck Crew!!!!
